We're gonna make it

Image
I am sorry for no doodle for today, I actually drew one, but I was not happy with the results. It required more skill at drawing rain drops on windows. But on other fronts, I have been working diligently on the Namby Pamby comic. It's been fun, and I've been getting a lot of great support from people, and I thank them so much for it. So I'm trying my best to make it a good one for them and for you guys. YEAH!

Rainy Days and Sundays

Fun should never stop.

Doesn't your idea of fun consist of drawing, eating, drinking and making fun of people in bibs too?

Some people, I love ya!

Where Do I Begin?

Believe me, I'm working, okay?!?

I AM, seriously. You have no idea! But what's regrettable is that I didn't get the chance to draw a new doodle to post today. Bummer City! So, I thought this is a time I can finally post the sketches I forced my parents to draw when they were in town during Thansgiving. I really couldn't believe they'd actually do it.

Mom's sketch of things she used to draw as a girl:

Some Chagall imagery here!
Dad's self-portrait. He now has a moustache:

This was very impressive, he did this in probably 5 seconds.

Not Feeling Motivated At All

Decision Time, America

Image
As America decides on which candidate to nominate for the presidential elections, I am here, deciding on which version of this one story for the upcoming NP5 is my favorite. I have come up with 4 different versions already. I'm not doing this as some wonderful creative exercise, no. I wish, but no. There's at least one thing wrong with each one, so I get really super annoyed and start over. Above are originals and print-outs of 2 versions. I am saying to the little worker-bees in my head "Get your act together." Don't mind me though, please. Have yourself a good weekend.

New Year = New Comic!

Image
I made a new mini comic for the new year. It's 56 pages of selected doodles and comic strips that I have posted on this here blog and my website during the year 2007. It also has some sketches never seen before (for better or for worse.) It's $4.00 or comics for trade. Email me or leave a comment for this blog entry if you're interested.

Have a Happy New Year, you guys. We all need one.
